National Forest Waterpark Holidays

I knew at the time of booking that the room didn't have air con. I was disappointed to find that there was no windows but patio doors instead which for obvious reasons couldn't be left open overnight. Consequently the room was very warm and sleep didnt come easily. Breakfast was really good.

To get english brakfast i have to wait, but it was ok as i have the time :-)

Very poor staff attitude to customers - totally disinterested.

We stayed during the recent heatwave, and unfortunately the bedrooms did not have air conditioning, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. We were initially provided with a Dyson fan, but it wasn’t working properly. After reporting this, it was replaced with two small desk fans, which we appreciated, but they still weren’t enough to keep the room cool. Breakfast was okay overall, but I was disappointed by the lack of inclusive options. If you don’t eat pork, there were no alternative meat choices available, which felt quite limiting. I had very high expectations for The Belfry, especially given its reputation and the cost of staying there. Sadly, the experience didn’t live up to those expectations. For the price of a one-night stay, I believe there is significant room for improvement when it comes to guest comfort and the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Great staff at reception, Clare was brillaint and went above and beyond to assist

Comfy beds, great spa and gym, very helpful friendly staff... would love to visit again.

Food was very good, Breakfast in particular. Bar staff very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely hotel perfectly placed for the Pleasure Beach very helpful staff.

Room was clean but probably could do with a lick of paint. Check in was easy and quick only thing I could complain about is paying £10 to park your car.
