Moravian Karst Waterpark Holidays

I had an emergency and arrived at yeh Hotel Continental in the middle of the night. The person that checked me in noticed that I was frazzled when she asked for my passport. She was very calm and understanding. Another staff member helped me look for someone to do my eyelashes. And another one anticipated that I would need a taxi upon my departure and already booked it. The staff is amazing here! The location is absolutely ideal as well. Within a couple hundred meters, you’re in the heart of Brno.

When we arrived only then we were told that the elevator was not working due to renovation. As a result we needed to carry our luggages to the top floor. If we knew this upfront we would have booked in a different hotel. Other than this the breakfast was good, the bathroom was spacious and the location was excellent.

The hotel is great overall, walking distance to the center, nice room and good parking. However, the A/C only works by calling the reception to turn is on and off. This is ridiculous.
