This is just a great building, global stays is a pleasure and is a very easy process. The security guards are awesome and very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t hurt having a view of the skydome or cn tower for your morning coffee

Enjoyed our stay however, having no microwave in the room was an inconvenience. You had to pay 10$/ night for it. The staff was very sweet especially Maks, and Lauren at the front desk and Rosalie from Housekeeping. Would come back

Staff was excellent! Was on top of everything and ready t strand assist. Absolutely beautiful inside and out and room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Loved the turn down service and attention to detail. Definitely would stay there when in Canada again.

The room was lovely. Missed not having a small fridge and the door to the washroom looked like it was missing a handle to open.The pool area was so cold you could not imagine going swimming or even sitting by the pool. The parking was an extra $45. I thought that was expensive.
