Dagmar - Lakeridge Waterpark Holidays

We had a corner suite facing the racetrack. Room was very large but poorly laid out. In the bedroom there is only a bed, absolutely no where to put your clothes in the bedroom. Only closet was at the doorway/entrance, unfortunately this is where the safe and ironing board are, therefore you can’t hang anything in it. The bathroom is large but only has a single sink, you would expect a double sink in a suite. TV in room only broadcasts Samsung television which is mostly outdated programming. Some of the public washrooms were very dirty (both male/female). Overall my husband and I were very disappointed in this hotel.

AMY IS THE ABSOLOUTE BEST! Helped me out in a very niche scenario and even remembered me upon check in, a gem to work with and reason enough to come back. As others have mentioned the property can be dated but it had what I needed, but Amy was the true treat of the experience. Somebody give her a raise!

Great size for our family of 5. Walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc was about 30 mins, with 3 teenagers. Quiet area, very safe. The apartment was clean, and had all the facilities you would expect and the building was secure. The host was helpful, and effeicent. Overall a great experience.

Property is very nice. They have an outdoor patio with sitting areas as well as two propane BBQ’s for guest use. The room was clean and all necessities provided. There was an annoying, repetitive noise in the room. We were on the top floor so I believe it may have been a fan or ventilation system issue.
