Very clean rooms and hotel. Bed was pretty comfortable. Pillows were pretty thin or flat so that could be better. The place was very pretty.

9/10 Wonderful! (510 reviews)
Loved the location of the hotel up on the hill with a pretty view. The room was clean and cozy, and parking was great. My only complaint was the shower. It didn’t drain properly so water ended up all over the entire bathroom. We had to use our towels as barriers to keep the water from going everywhere.

10/10 Exceptional! (1 review)
The private sauna is amazing. The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect near the cable car and a grocery store. The place is clean. I loved the breakfast nook. The summer card was so useful which gave access to free bus and cable car rides.

Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big
Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one.
The breakfast is also amazing.

A very nice hotel in Salzburg with an excellent price-performance ratio. The location is very convenient, with all the main attractions within easy reach. Another big plus is the convenient parking directly in the hotel garage. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel that offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
