The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers.
Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort.

My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the food was fresh and delicious.

Had such a lovely week at this hotel. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Wifi was an issue only because it wouldn't let us connect, but quickly resolved. Light from fridge in room is bit of a nuisance but not a problem by any means
