Clean and comfortable, great location

Beautiful hotel, great restaurants and courteous staff. They even have a first class cigar lounge.

What a great experience!! Took everything in that this wonderful place has to offer! Staff was amazing, room was impeccably clean, entertainment and location, well you couldn't ask for better!

I want to first say that the staff are all wonderful and extraordinarily helpful. That said, there are things to know about this hotel. First, valet can be a bit slow because the cars are parked a ways away. The hotel is actually part of the train station and we did experience some colorful characters hanging out in the central part of the hotel. Nothing crazy but also not expected in a five star hotel. The rooms are quite small but the bathrooms are extremely small. Like, expect zero privacy if you’re traveling with someone else. We were on the third floor so our room overlooked the roof and we had some “friends” in the form of dead pigeons. There are also no closets in the rooms so clothing storage is limited. Overall it was a nice hotel but not a five star hotel so just be aware. It’s very boutique, which is fine, except the price doesn’t support what you get.
