Buffet service is not good

While the property was great and the food was also great, the service of the staff at the buffet during breakfast and lunch made you double think if it was a good choice to pick this resort. They had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to work and had to ask multiple times for orders. There were a few people who made good impressions on us but they were very few and rare.

I had the ocean view room & the scenery was breath taking. However the bathroom shower tiles had mildew & needed a cleaning. For the prices they charge at this hotel, rooms should be spotless.

How well maintained the property was. The staff was top notch. This was my second time staying at this resort.

When I first arrived there was no one to greet us. Elisa checked me in with a smile but by the end of check in I was smiling . Had to visit to front desk multiple times due to key/door issues. The doorman wasn’t any help either for he only pointed the way instead of leading the way. This is a large property. It’s not how you start but how you end . After my 3 day stay it ended up being a very enjoyable stay thanks to Dana at guest services , the tour guide for the hotel and the restaurant attendant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Property is pretty clean ok dining and all inclusive is not so theres alot you have to pay for and prices a bit high. And dont go to the beach you have scammers that will try and rip you off for 300$ us for figurines lol.. concierge is amazing though also to mention heny and rafa they are great. Lock up your valuables thats all i have to say but if you have an issue call henry or rafa.

The beach was not cleaned from the seaweed. We went in hopes to enjoy the beach there, but it was not cleaned up so we didn’t enjoy the beach spent all our time in the pool.
