Lovely room but arrived in 35 degree heat and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Asked 3 times for them to sort but returned after our evening out with it still not working so gave up.
Breakfast was sensational! Mimosas and a wonderful selection of food. Location was fantastic and a small walk to all the beautiful tourist spots. Free parking a short walk away. All in all a great hotel

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

We were early for check in but we were given access to parking so we could walk around. Gentleman who helped us first was great but young woman who checked us in was not at all helpful.
Breakfast was ok. WiFi was great.
