Great location, spectacular views, good breakfast and lovely people

Charming hotel. Rooms were clean, terrace was lovely with gorgeous views over the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.

I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel with my family for three days, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is impeccably clean and features a beautiful pool, dining area ,a and gym. The delicious breakfast was included in our stay, which was a great perk. The views of Tbilisi from the hotel are stunning, both during the day and at night. Additionally, the location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing, as it sits right in the heart of the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Good breakfasts. Clean rooms, well maintained.

The room was smaller than pictures. Had to move rooms because TV did not work for two days.

Минусы: Номер был очень мальенкий, очень слабое освещение, кондиционер не работал или не смогли включить, балкона нет. Плюсы: Очень удобная кровать и чистый постель Большая и удобная летка, терраса. Хороший интернет, хорошие завтраки
