8/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
The overall experience was splendid. However, I was disappointed by how worn the carpets were. The staff was very helpful when I had trouble with my room.

Lovely hotel...excellent location for Utilita arena.
Reception staff very helpful.
Staff at breakfast were great, came to check that everything was ok. Great breakfast selection.
Room and all areas of hotel were clean. Great night sleep despite being near a busy road...couldn't hear the traffic from the room.
Would definitely recommend 😊
