Rooms are little dated, very walkable location, great coffee and breakfast on property

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with great amenities and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The only minor downside was that the TV's placement partially blocked the view from certain angles. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working, but the team addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. There were a few small areas for improvement. We had received a VIP voucher for complimentary drinks, but it wasn't mentioned during check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we unfortunately didn't have enough time to take advantage of it. We also found that only decaf coffee pods were stocked in the room initially, but after we notified the staff, they promptly brought us a full bag of regular coffee pods. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the hotel's design, atmosphere, and excellent service. The only thing to note is that, being located in the middle of downtown, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the city's activity. That said, I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a stylish and well-located hotel in Seattle.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly giving advice on where to get a Mt Rainier tour or checking our luggage for a few extra hours. The room was clean and beautiful, however the mattresses were a bit too bouncy. The restaurant in the lobby had a limited but adequate menu. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the central location.

Parking for a vehicle that is taller than 6’3” is a problem. Need to find your own are arrangements

There was an unexplained charge on my credit card. I called the hotel and made every attempts to find out what the charge was about. No luck. The hotel said they couldn’t find my account since it’s booked through Expedia.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in a great spot. Bikes are great perk. Love the rooftop terrace. Only downside is no workout room or no conference room for business travel.
