Friendly and helpful staff. Clean space. I didn't like finding out after the booking that I'd have to pay a daily amenities fee which covered a mini cocktail in the lounge and the coffee and water that was in the room. I would have rather known that when I was making my decision to book.

We had a wonderful stay at The Graham this weekend and can’t wait to return. Want to give a special shout out to the front desk staff and Gordon for their hospitable service. We’ve already booked our next visit. Keep up the great work!

Valet was responsive and prompt. Raul at check was one of my favorite parts. Room amenities were modernized and fun. View was blah. We found a sock behind the nightstand. Otherwise beautiful property, well-trained and customer oriented staff. Dogan is phenomenal.

The Sofitel DC is way past its prime. It used to be a beautiful hotel while today it doesn’t feel clean, staff is extremely unhelpful, and pipes make terrible noises when trying to use hot water. I asked for towels and a load of 10-12 unfolded towels were left in my room. It’s as if there is no longer any pride in this once lovely property. Ground floor is littered with leaves, side entrance closed even though this is where every Lyft and Uber stops, room service hours don’t match what they share with guests via QR codes, my breakfast order of oatmeal ended up having about a cup more water than necessary and food was lukewarm.
