Isle of Lismore Waterpark Holidays

Amazing location, great space. Gym was incredible, free classes were a blast (and a great workout). Easy to meet people, got great recommendations on things to do from staff. Free laundry was a lifesaver. Will be back again soon!

Beautiful property marred by patchy service. Staff not well trained. When late checkout at 12noon was requested, was told to pay 50GBP. Not classy.

I was not impressed frankly. The chair in the room was proper beaten up. The carpet was old and not shampooed. The bathroom bin was not emptied and you could tell that someone forgot or neglected to hover the carpets. The breakfast on the other hand was good and the staff very pleasant.

This is a lovely inn on a hilltop overlooking the water. Everything is very well maintained, the food fantastic, and the room had everything we needed. What makes it stand out is the staff- they were welcoming, professional, kind and friendly- going over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommendations for meals and outings were always presented. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way.
