The elevator at the reef was not working well. When we got to the room the room had someone else’s shoes there from before. The housekeeper didn’t clean properly.

We arrived and paid for early check in and did not get early check in. Once we did get to our room the bathtub was dirty the pillow cases were dirty and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. Some of the staff was snobby. You ask them a question and they just point! They charge for everything and have this VTA or VAT ( whichever one it is) tax on everything and everywhere you go in the resort.
