Service was great, they knew we would check in late at night and they had complimentary sandwiches awaiting us. Room was nice not really waterfront but nice view nevertheless. Breakfast served over the sea.

9/10 Wonderful! (80 reviews)
We enjoyed our week-long stay at Seasense and would give it a 4.5 score if we could. This small 63-room adult-only boutique hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are well appointed. Service is friendly and attentive, but can be slow at mealtimes. The exclusive beach is quite small and shallow but fine for a splash or a snorkel. The pretty à la carte restaurant is right by the sea, and there was no shortage of loungers, including with shade. The small pool is heated and lovely for a quick dip. The modest spa and sauna is a nice touch. Two issues however. First, noise from the road: the hotel is sandwiched on a small strip or land between the main coast road and the sea. More importantly, we found the food quite variable: occasionally excellent, always presented beautifully, but often bland and under-seasoned and cold. A shame given the reputation of Mauritian cuisine. Also, half the menu items (and nearly all the fish options) are subject to hefty supplements. The buffet night (combined with a free cocktail party for guests) was however enjoyable.

8.8/10 Excellent! (239 reviews)
We recently stayed at Victoria Beachcomber as an Indian family with kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The property itself is amazing—massive, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location. The sunset views from the resort are simply breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was very comfortable and offered lovely views with easy access to the beach, making it especially convenient for families.
As vegetarians, we initially found the buffet options somewhat limited. However, Chef Iqbal went above and beyond to take special care of us throughout our stay. Every day, he lovingly prepared delicious Indian curries and fresh rotis, ensuring that we always had a satisfying meal. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference.
The Kids Club was another standout feature. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the games and activities organized by the team. The staff took excellent care of the children, keeping them engaged and entertained, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the resort.
We also loved the complimentary water activities. The glass-bottom boat, paddle boat, and kayak were fantastic additions and added a lot of fun to our holiday.
Every evening, the resort organized cultural dance performances showcasing local traditions and dance forms, followed by a DJ night. These events created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere and gave us a glimpse into the local

8.2/10 Very good! (179 reviews)
I had a wonderful vacation in the Resort, and my overall experience was excellent. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mauritius.
I would like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping supervisor for his outstanding service. Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff.
Moments like this made my stay even more special. I truly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness of the team, and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable vacation in Mauritius.

The staff at Preskil was top notch, Yudish in the food and beverage department (who was extremely accommodating and made our stay extra special) to Mamta at reception, to the watersports crew! Everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again.
