Extremely friendly and helpful staff, setting the standard in Gold service.

Last year, I booked to go back before I left the Island. This place is truly wonderful. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the pool is beautiful, the beach is lovely. Snorkelling was great off the beach, the Hobie cat boats were fun, kayaking great. The snorkel to Taverua is a must to see the Turtles. The rooms are a great size and well kept. Linen is nice and fresh white. The couples massage was ahhh-mazing. This was our second visit and I can’t fault it.

The all inclusive food was limited. There was not much to choose from and most items were not available. All drinks including soft drinks were additional. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The ferry ride was quick yet very pricey.

This location, rooms and staff one of the best I've ever experienced, and I travel a lot. Every question answered, every request met. Welcoming warm people. We can't wait to go back. It's worth the longer travel on the Bula pass. The night fishing was one for the books. We had our own caught fresh fish everyday. 10 stars plus plus

Extremely welcoming and friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and a good range of included activities and equipment to use in addition to paid activities - plenty to keep us entertained for a week! The spa was outstanding and in a beautiful setting. The accomodation had a amazing sea view and slightly apart from the main resort, which was exactly what we were after. It was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed, furnished with everything we needed, but could probably do with an update. Down side was resort split by busy road, but there were plenty of quiet areas around the resort to enjoy and only 15 minutes from Savusavu and would recommend this resort to others considering a stay in Fiji.

The Hilton is nice but it’s very worn, rooms are tired, musty smelling air con, and frustratingly ever day our room was serviced something was missing, towels, water, shower gel which got annoying given what we were paying to stay at the resort. Staff are super friendly but the whole resort could do with a deep clean and replacement of some soft furnishings,

It was ok but the coral coast is way better, staff working on the coral coast are way more friendly and helpful. Raddison is nice but not worth the money you pay
