La Isleta Ski Holidays

El hotel está ubicado en una zona con vistas impresionantes 360 grados. Muy tranquilo y limpio. Piscina impecable, Jacuzzi y una playa de aguas cristalina. Bufet con comida variada y bien atendido. Excelente lugar para unos días de relajación y disfrute de la naturaleza. El personal muy amable.

Walls were extremely thin. If your neighbours are having an intimate moment expect to hear everything. Gym and pool area was nice. Locations great. I just didn’t sleep well due to the walls and windows provided to sound protection

Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay

I enjoyed this stay very much. We went to the Ancient Baths twice - very nice. The plaza constitution is beautiful. Nice breakfast buffet served in the morning. There is no restaurant or bar but on the rooftop there is a very unique vending machine with snacks, water, soft drinks, beer wine cava and spirits. There is a mini fridge.in the room. Things missing include robe and slippers. These matter to me. And I don’t pack them.

The staff we could not fault, very helpful and always a smile. Our room was dated and it seems the hotel doesn’t have any rooms with walk in showers and as we our in our late 70’s we do struggle having to step into a bath to shower. The worse thing about the hotel is its coffee. What they provide in the restaurant was un drinkable. The food was ok but hot plates to keep food are needed and a cool fridge is needed for cool food. A fan really isn’t the correct thing to use. Hence unless you managed to time it right as the hot food was put out very often it was luke warm. The pool bar was a little better but gave up after day 1 on the coffee. There are plenty of sun beds around pools and garden areas. Over all we did enjoy our stay but improvements need in restaurants and bedrooms. Also when I returned home I found that one of my purses was missing from my case, fortunately there was only25€ in it !! Hotel is in a great location on the beach with a lovely promenade. There are shops and bars close by as well.

We were allocated a spacious room with a view of the pool. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. We had plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed sangria at the club house every day which was very relaxing. It was refreshing to see so many Spanish families enjoying their holiday at this hotel, made our visit more authentic.
