On entering our apartment it was apparent the pictures on the website were misleading. The kitchen pictures showed a full oven, in built microwave and plenty of worksurface. We had none of these. When we asked at reception why we hadn't got these facilities we were told that they were pictures of the 2 bedroomed apartments, and as ours was a 1 bedroomed apartment you didn't get any of these! What we actually received was a two ring hob! No oven, no microwave and no worksurface to speak of. As far as utensils all we got was a bread knife, no corkscrew, no veg knife, no potato peeler, no plastic/cooking utensils AT ALL!!! Only one wine glass, one cereal bowl !!! As a chef these things are important to me as I was looking forward to creating some great Greek dishes from local produce. On the positive side the site is beautiful with open spaces flower beds and trees, a well kept swimming pool with snack bar, fish pond. The one bedroom apartment had spacious lounge and bedroom however the bathroom was tiny. It was equipped with mosquito blinds at all windows and patio doors. Location was excellent for supermarkets, bakery and bus services. Would also easily be walkable from the airport if you are travelling without suitcases. We used the hotel transfer back to the airport which was excellent with comparable price to the taxi fare we had paid on arrival.
