NOT 5 star! Importantly - the gym, pool and sauna are not in the hotel. You ahve to go out of the hotel, go up stairs to level 1 shops area, across to another building, catch a lift up to it. Would NOT have booked if I knew. Did not feel safe as a female travelling alone. I equally did not feel safe/private as my room shared an entry with another room. Also - basic stuff missing from kitchen. No knife/spoon/fork to eat! Would not recommend.

Great location with Bridge st light rail very close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Love that there is a bath in the bathroom. Would be great if there was complimentary water during the stay.

Overall very disappointing for what was listed as a deluxe room. Dated, poorly maintained and dirty (marks on walls, marks on curtains, dirty crockery, and dirty bathrooms). Less than acceptable really.
