Dungannon and South Tyrone Ski Holidays

Despite the common areas being lovely and warm Room 225 was very cold, the electronic thermostat in the room would not increase the temperature for long if at all and apparently seems to be controlled by the reception / management. There was a noisy vent / fan blowing right at our bedroom window from the kitchen I was told. The sheets and bedding along with the room felt so cold I couldn’t sleep and had to get a blanket out from the wardrobe. Not full so very disappointed to have been allocated a room that the management knew had noise issues ( they had apparently had considered getting the noisy plant / equipment moved ). Have stayed many times before in summer and enjoyed it but not this time. Cost cutting I wonder ?? Lovely staff and nice food but overall a very different and disappointing stay. Would definitely not consider going back out of season again.

Lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and attentive. Has its own private carpark which is a bonus in a city. Close to shops, bars and restaurants.

My son and I were made to feel so comfortable. Sam and Patricia were the best hosts. Remarkable breakfasts, warm hospitality and even a lift to and from the local pub one evening. The house is beautiful and immaculate. We cannot recommend highly enough and will return.

One of the best hotels in Derry as it is top notch hospitality in a perfect location for walking the walls and exploring the city. We enjoyed all the good treatment and the pub recommendations on Waterloo St.

Marvelous hotel, a lot of amenities, great grounds, beautiful renovation, and brilliant staff. Everything would have been perfect at this hotel if not for these things: - lack of AC in rooms other than their most expensive suites. As the climate continues to rise, this is going to be a problem because during our stay it was only 24C, which isn't bad, but without any breeze the room felt very stuffy and not enjoyable - the food was poor at the restaurants, do yourselves a favor and get food, especially Quay West in Donegal because the hotel is going to disappoint you.
