(37 reviews) This a splendid hotel in the mountains with a spectacular view. The ideal retreat for those who want get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The indoor pool spa and outdoor pool are superb. I only wished that that there was open access to the indoor pool spa and the restaurant did not need reservations. Being on vacation, I prefer an unstructured schedule where I can eat and bathe whenever I want. Also, I prefer to be in a hotel surrounded by cafes, restaurants, markets etc. For my taste this hotel is a bit isolated. Nevertheless, it is ideal for those seeking this type of vacation retreat. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions. The SPA area is absolutely clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting. What's more, I appreciate that the spa is never crowded and always maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The breakfast provided was incredibly delicious, with an extensive variety to choose from. What's more, you can order as much as you want, which adds to the overall indulgent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English. This made our interactions much smoother and more enjoyable.
