Had to upgrade room as the default allocation was too small for 2 travellers wuth bags.

Incredible location. Super easy to get around and be in a beautiful hotel so close to some nightlife and easy bus/train routes

Check in was easy, the room and all of the hotel was very nice, clean and well kept. The breakfast at the hotel was good and had a lot of to choose from. Since we stayed at an Airbnb for our next location, our luggage was a bit tricky to ship, but the staff took their time to help us throughout the process and it was greatly appreciated. We did have to drive to most the things we had planned, but there’s plenty of food, drink, and restaurant options near by.

Laundry room was great, hotel felt kind of dirty.

Beautiful room with traditional and modern Japanese influences. Beds very comfortable. Lovely staff. Laundry room and Onsen were really great. Bettei area of hotel had its own entrance/exit and lift, which made coming and going very quick and easy. Very convenient location.

Good location with easy access to the railway network. Also very close to Osaka Castle.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Japan. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Easy walk to trains, shopping and lots of dining options.

The hotel was simply spectacular. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. If staying around Namba station is what’s you’re looking for then this is a great option. The swimming pool looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation to bring it up to par with the rest of the wonderful building but is more than adequate. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Subway is just downstairs, supermarket is right outside, konbini nearby and jus few minutes walke from Dotonbori! Staffs are friendly too :)

Check-in process could have been better. I arrived prior to the 3:00pm and was patiently waiting in the lobby for the check-in window to open up (as instructed by the staff). Although, the staff f knew that I was waiting, the began to check in other patrons prior to the 3:00pm start.
