Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and room service was on point. Walking distance to lots of nearby attractions and close to the airport. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, underground parking and excellent staff. Room was clean. Good value for downtown.

5 stars all around. The only thing I found concerning, and I spoke to staff about this was, there was a single woman, ahead of my wife and I in line at the standout bar, The Library. She was attempting to get a seat inside as a solo. The host asked this particular woman for her room number, floor she was on, and spelling of her last name, loud enough for several groups waiting in line to hear. I found this to be a shocking personal safety breach, IMO, and a dangerous protocol at worst. I do hope this is something that is addressed with management in making their guests feel safe and comfortable.

The massage was really good

Spa was relaxing and services were excellent. The location is convenient to all the shops. Walkable the staff is exemplary a must stay if you're in Toronto.

Heat is centralized, room was very warm and could not be cooled, not ideal for cool sleepers. Water tap in shower was either cold or scalding, no ability for a warm shower Otherwise the room was beautiful!

The suite was a nice size and clean. Everything is a little worn and dated but the location is great, staff was helpful and convenient parking. Overall a comfortable stay.

Have stayed at Town Inn Suites many times over the years. The recently renovated suites over the last (2-3?) years have freshened up the units greatly. Great location. Close to Yonge/Bloor and Yonge/Wellesley subway stops. 15-20 minute walk to Eaton Centre. 10 minutes to Yorkville. Great restaurants nearby in every direction. Very convenient for Church St village.
