Terrible check in. Asked me to spell out my email and phone then still asked me to type in my details. Rip off resort fee even though I didn’t use. Catastrophic breakfast - incompetent waitresses. I wanted a takeaway coffee - waited for 30 mins. Way overpriced for what it is. Don’t come here.

Hotel location is convenient , with Roam transit stop right across the street. Hotel provided complementary passes for the transit which helped a ton in going around the town. Hotel provided complementary pools on the property are excellent, with magnificent views.

Service is poor. We ordered a room service pizza for a toddler at 9:45pm, they said it will be delivered at 10:15pm, but it never arrived! Overall it’s way overpriced!

Excellent service! Very friendly staff . Although we spent good amount of money for 2 mountain vote suites, we felt it was worth every penny! Great location right at the edge of the Banff town. Great parking facility that was so helpful since we had a rental SUV and preferred to plan our own activities and tours. Overall a great hotel loved by our whole family. We are pretty sure we will come back and stay here. Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one!

One of my favorite places we stayed during our week in Alberta. Fabulous views, cute and functional accommodations with excellent service.

Good and clean. We should have stayed longer in Banff to write more thorough review.
