A great place. Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. It is situated next to the city park and is only a 6 min walk to downtown and old town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great people... and the air conditioning during the heat wave was refreshing.

Very clean, seems to be great for families with kids. Over priced, not a 4 star feel, very disappointed to have to pay for 1 hour spa use - €15 per person! - parking, breakfast, bikes...nothing seems to be included. Peaceful yet isolated location.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

It seems that there is rarely someone at the reception desk after 18:00...therefore, there was no one ask for information on things. Also there was no ice machine at the hotel. With that said, overall we liked the place, and are likely to return. Lovely location, impressive entrance, with a huge vineyard in the backyard, right in the middle of the "road of many chateaus". The room, along with the bathroom were both very spacious, with King-sized bed, high-quality mattress and pillows. The breakfast was excellent quality too.

The hotel is close to trams so easy to get into town , the staff are very friendly and you can park securely in Q parking just over the road, nice place easy to find.
