we stayed here during our first night and then our last night while traveling throughout Costa Rica. the hotel is close to the airport, although you would never know it. feels like you are far in the jungle. the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with terraces . the property and landscaping is amazing, especially the sunset pool. I had a massage, and it was excellent in a beautiful facility. We loved our dinners and breakfast at the hotel, and most of all we loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the rooms manager. Hope to be back soon!

This was the most beautiful hotel and property I have ever stayed at! (Which I guess is reflected in the price...) Everyone was kind and lovely. The breakfast was amazing! The dinner options were excellent portions as well! Unfortunately we arrived the day before they closed the pool and hot tubs for maintenance.

While the breakfast was decent, the property itself felt poorly maintained, outdated, and significantly overpriced at $350 a night for the off-season. The rooms were dimly lit and felt stark and uninviting due to bare, poorly finished walls. Essential items like a basic table or chair were completely missing, and the lack of air conditioning made the space quite uncomfortable. To top it off, the window blinds failed to block out the morning sun, and we dealt with a faulty toilet that required constant maintenance calls throughout our stay. The value simply doesn't match the price."

One of the most amazing eco hotels I have stayed at, everything was so unique and made me feel so special. I would always want to stay there.
