This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we walked in the door, the experience was perfect. The front desk staff were personable and friendly. The gentleman there gave us expert recommendations of things to do. I was also impressed by the included amenities: beach chairs and towels, bikes for use, and more. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean, and smell amazing, even the hallways! I was very impressed by our accommodations. The rooftop bar and pool are wonderful, albeit a tad small. The promenade right outside the hotel is lively at night and the food is incredible. Despite the noise, we couldn’t hear it at all from our room, which was right above the street! I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommending to anyone who comes to
Miami.

I’ve stayed at many Kimpton locations, and the Kimpton EPIC Hotel definitely met my expectations. I stayed in a suite. Even though it wasn’t specified as ocean view, I was still able to see the bay and watch all of the boats pass through the canal and under the drawbridges. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The pool area was pleasant with an ample amount of seating. The restaurant seemed lively even though I didn’t get a chance to stop in. I ordered room service for breakfast and it came in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet.Lobby was nice and smelled amazing. Staff was good. Loved the gym/studio.
Dislikes: No hot water in the shower. Lobby smelled amazing but wasn’t consistent throughout the building.
