The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Amazing property with good facilities. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Simming pool is excellent and the staff very friendly. You can have a nice and peaceful stay there

The property is beautiful, the spa is great and most importantly the bed and Bedding were fabulous! The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with a sense of calm and quiet. The staff very attentive and dedicated to our overall stay and well being! Alessandro in the restaurant & Simone,; Anna, Sara, Matilde at the front desk, Paula in the Spa and the valet staff helping with garage parking and luggage! Worth spending several days! . Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!
