The beds are really confortable. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. All staff were kind. My favourite staff were the housekeeping, always perfect.

Staff at front desk was very rude and not helpful

The bed was very comfortable, staff was professional and kind and the bar was a great plus! Great walk ability!

We stayed for 2 nights at Axel Bilbao. Room was nice and spacious, especially liked the large shower. Location was convenient just across the bridge from old town. However, the streets right behind the hotel up the hill was sketch and didn’t feel as safe to walk according to taxi driver and we saw some fights break out among locals.

Excellent location, right across from the Guggenheim and 15 minutes walk from old town. Friendly staff
