Wonderful property! The setting is beautiful!

Tucked away in a delightfully convenient location—close enough to the pulse of the city, yet far enough to feel like a true retreat—this hotel is a shining example of what modern hospitality should feel like. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I was met with warmth, grace, and professionalism that elevated my stay beyond mere comfort. The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Genuinely friendly and impeccably trained, they strike the rare balance between attentiveness and discretion. Every request was met with a smile, and their seamless coordination behind the scenes ensured my experience felt effortless from check-in to checkout. Cleanliness is clearly a cornerstone of this hotel’s philosophy. My room was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged—like a haven waiting to be discovered after a long day. Crisp linens, gleaming surfaces, and a soft, calming scent set the tone for restorative rest. Each meal was a culinary delight. Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

Hospitality and facilities were great, we had a big room, nice breakfast and located to one can walk around to restaurants or the casino

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.

Right in the heart of Petite France. Building looks amazing from outside and fits in well with the surroundings. It attracts a lot of attention from tourists and Tour guides. Inside, the room had a bit of a smaller / independent hotel vibe to it compared to what I would imagine at the main hotel building across the road. Some minor compromises to the fact you are staying in a historical building such as being able to hear passers by and average shower pressure were worth it in my opinion.

The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!

Lovely city centre hotel. Room was cosy but comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very central - easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful - giving us ideas of places to visit including Killesberg park and the Jazz Open events. Excellent buffet breakfast too.
