Nice facilities, very spacious room! Shower was really nice, also contained a washing machine and dishwasher (powder and tablets for both included). Super convenient as shops very nearby and easy for tour/activity pickups.

Pillows are awful as is the comforter. Sheet quality is average at best. This is a great hotel but today hotel bedding is extremely important. Funken fails when it comes to quality bedding sadly. Heavy thick awful pillows. Small ones are hard. The comforter is hard and not goose down. They need to buy some quality down pillows and comforters. This is basic today especially for a 5 star experience. Even Mariott provides this. Time to invest. This is not acceptable.

I don’t have anything particularly like, but I was disappointed because there is no telephone in the room, I was told I have to use my own phone to call front desk if I have problems or I have to walk to the front desk. Additionally, one female staff did not helpful when I have questions. Her attitude was not acceptable.
