Everything was an amazing experience. If you book with Exedpia you get a person who you can reserve your dinner reservations and ask them questions 24/7 very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. And they have a car rental within the hotel

This resort could be an absolute gem! The staff has my greatest appreciation for their tireless efforts. They work really hard and I’m sure they’re underpaid. The ocean views is simply outstanding. Keep in mind this is a no swim beach, otherwise enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean. The buffet food was okay. Don’t come expecting a dazzling buffet, it’s accommodating! The other restaurants offer a bit better variety. The pools were crystal clear, however the outside showers, there are 4 of them and only 1 functioned. Activities honestly they are lacking. A lot of that may have been a language barrier but a professional planner is very much needed to get the people active and involved. There can be no bad day in this area whatsoever! My oh no moment can when our phone in the room didn’t work. So scheduling anything from the comfort of the room was out. Room service out, spa schedule out, any amenity that I paid for out. Next the valances in the ad photos were not in our room. The rods were but no valances. The furniture was outdated and the materials were grossly fades. Our dining table legs were fractured to the point we were afraid to use it. Who do you call, we couldn’t! Why did we stay, it was booked months in advance and paid for. The resort offers some value, just don’t buy into the ad photos, they’re extremely enhanced.

The service and quality of food and drinks at the pool bars were sub-par. Multiple waiters seemed to be annoyed when we would order drinks and would ask other people to make them in front of us. Also, the resort has a contract with a taxi service (which is very expensive in comparison to uber) and they make it very difficult to be picked up by an uber. You have to get carted to an “uber pickup area” in the back near a dirt road which is also closed after a certain hour and on Sundays. The suite with a pool on the balcony also felt misleading… the “pool” was maybe 2 feet deep and much smaller than the pictures. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Overall it was a good experience , the food is above average , expected better … the property is massive and you have to take a gold cart everywhere you go - staff is courteous and helpful

Honest review so you know what to expect from the Blanc resort. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. While the resort itself has attractive amenities, they were completely overshadowed by an aggressive and relentless upselling culture. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, it seemed every interaction was viewed as an opportunity to sell us something else—upgrades, packages, memberships, and additional services. We expected to enjoy a relaxing vacation, not feel like we were constantly being marketed to. After repeatedly declining these offers, the sales attempts continued, which became frustrating and took away from the overall experience and it will. There is a significant difference between making guests aware of optional amenities and creating an environment where they feel pressured throughout their stay\. Unfortunately, this resort crossed that line\. The constant sales tactics made us feel more like potential revenue than valued guests\. Management should seriously reconsider this approach\. A resort should be a place where guests can relax without feeling subjected to ongoing sales pressure\. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely peaceful vacation\.
