Unfortunately, our stay at the Westin St. Thomas was disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the price. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming throughout our stay. We were also overcharged for drinks, and when I emailed the resort to bring the issue to their attention, no one followed up or even responded to my concerns. The food and drinks were nothing special and were significantly overpriced. We found that it was much more affordable to purchase liquor at a nearby gas station and make our own drinks. Dining off-property was also considerably cheaper, and we found a much better variety and quality of food at restaurants nearby. The highlight of the resort was definitely the pool area. The pools were beautiful, and the views were gorgeous. Unfortunately, that alone wasn't enough to make up for the other issues we experienced. Overall, I feel the Westin St. Thomas is overpriced for what you receive. Between the unfriendly service, lack of response regarding the overcharge, and expensive food and drinks, I would recommend staying elsewhere and exploring the restaurants and bars off-property instead.

Excellent place to stay on Saint Thomas. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Clean and spacious rooms a short walk from downtown Charlotte Amalie. This is a small, locally owned "hotel" that has an intimate, relaxed vibe. Easy access and parking.
