"The interior is decent but several fixtures were in disrepair. Water damage in wall in bathroom. Exterior is falling apart and looks completely uncared for. Door mats are worn, landscaping is overgrown with weeds, flower pots are literally falling apart with dead plants inside in front of every room. ..."
