Bonne superficie de chambre avec cuisine complète. Nous avions avisé que nous serions deux, mais il n'y avait des serviettes que pour une seule personne ! Comme il n'y avait pas de téléphone dans la chambre, ma soeur a dû retourner à la réception pour obtenir des serviettes supplémentaires. Comme il était tard, ceci a été plutôt irritant ! De plus, nous avions besoin d'une clé pour allumer les lumières, et donc pas très pratique d'en avoir qu'une seule lorsque nous sommes deux à partager une chambre. L'hôtel aurait dû nous donner dès notre arrivée 2 cartes. Enfin, lors de notre check-out, il n'y avait personne à la réception, nous avons dû attendre un bon 10 minutes !

Manager Lilit was terrible, not service oriented. Planning to follow up with HQ. I think Accor needs to invest in training their staff to be more service oriented.

Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.
