Friendly staff and a casual environment for a family vacation.

A great location in Jackson allowing access to Grand Teton National Park, and Yellowstone. Nice grounds with fire pits, comfortable room/bed, shower, strong wifi. One major issue though, is the hotel charged us a $48 "resort fee" that was NOT mentioned in the Expedia booking process. This seemed a "bait and switch" action and was most unwelcome (and unnecessary). RCB

This place was just old needs updating very bad

3rd floor where we stayed smelled like sewerage.

Loved my stay only complaint if I could think of one is I need a little more light in my room it’s all ambient lights

Everything was great

High end luxury amenities - the junior penthouse was as advertised! The staff is excellent and met our every need. The food at the Sporting Club was fantastic - we had a complimentary breakfast each morning to start our day. It is about 30 minutes from town, but worth it. If you plan to ski every day, you might consider a ski resort, as Sylvan Lodge caters more to fly fishing, golf, equestrian, etc. and many other winter sports. There is heli skiing as well! Awesome amenities, including spa and incredible work out facility and classes. This resort does not disappoint.
