Great location! Great view of the luau evenings from the balcony. Rudy, the bellhop, was very kind, friendly, and super helpful. Maintenance staff was prompt to replace the malfunctioning mini-fridge. We wish the room had a microwave to reheat things. Also, parking should be included especially since resort fees are added to the bill.

We had a wonderful time and our room was perfect. Close to the adults only pool and beautiful. Restaurants were delicious and a good variety of good. Walkable to the shopping center.

Beautiful, clean, modern with a great location. Staff were wonderful. Lydia, the concierge was amazing and really hooked us up0- great trips, well planned out excursions. Overall great experience. And the beds were amazingly comfortable!

Our stay at Mana Kai Maui was just okay. The hotel and property was clean and had the basic amenities offered. Unfortunately, the staff communication was a bit challenging. It appeared that we had to communicate to a specific hotel staff member that could only be accessed thru phone call, during specific hours. When seeking help at the front desk, I was scolded and told to contact the other representative. It was a bit frustrating as we are used to utilizing the front desk for support. In addition, the front desk and on-site general store had very limited hours which made pool towels and other amenities inaccessible except for during specific business hours.
On the other hand, beach access was greatly appreciated as there was beach access directly outside of the hotel on the property. Location of the hotel was also greatly appreciated.
Ultimately, I would not stay here again but am grateful for the experience we shared.
