It is OK. My biggest disappointment was the cleaning of the hallways lobby and the room. Not up to the standard.

Overall our stay was nice. We loved the shores pool, and paid extra for ocean view and balcony, which was ruined by the sargassum(out of resorts control of course). Also the balcony was not a private balcony attached to our room, it was just an extension off the walk way open to anyone really, so that part is kind of deceiving. Also, not like a huge deal, but we are huge sports fans and we were trying to watch the FiFa and basketball championships game, and there was no cable. Called to try and have it fixed, and they came and fixed it, but there was no directory and there were only 10 channels available, not nba championship game channel. And you had to shuffle through the 100 channels to find random channel that worked. (Again, not a huge deal breaker, but for price, should function) There was also, black mold in the bathroom. I called and alerted front desk twice, they did not seem to care. I had a “vip package” and was supposed to have a late checkout @1pm, and they told me no, that even though that was apart of my package I still was supposed to to call and request it. I did like how close the resort was too a lot of things, and walking distance to good breakfast place frenchies cafe(great coffee)!

The property was gorgeous and I highly recommend getting an ocean front room walk out on the beach !

Clean family friendly environment

Absolutely beautiful resort! The amenities, staff, and location are all top notch. Everything you'd expect from a high dollar resort at a reasonable family price. Loved this place!

Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back.

My husband took me there for my birthday and it was really wonderful our rooms were very clean and the balcony was delightful

Upon arrival, I requested that my family members be accommodated in close proximity, contingent upon the availability of a cleaned room. I agreed to wait, only to later discover that we were not accommodated together. Furthermore, I was misled and told that staff members were present behind me when, in fact, they were not in the vicinity. This situation is, to say the least, deplorable. However, the Directors offered a late check-out extension of two hours as a form of compensation, which I declined.

The room was old and the blinds were broken and would not close completely. Not a good place to stay if you need to sleep in- very noisy as well. The crew started cleaning at 8AM.

Convenient to both Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Well maintained property. Serviced room every other day. Would recommend. Not luxurious but clean and good value plus had a pool and laundry.
