Perfect across the beach

The property was good,the problem was extra charge at the time to check in,no upgrades and the room was no ready after 4:20 pm.

If you want a clean room, that is not the right hotel.

Have never stayed in a resort. We decided it wasnt what we wanted. Prices higher than we thought they would be. Restaurant selecrion not good and either was the menu options.

The location was convenient. The grounds were very attractive. The inside of our room was very outdated and even dirty.

Pay for parking each night you're there, pay for room service or taking out trash, other then that property is excellent

The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had many options which I really appreciated. The room itself was basic but well maintained and clean. My only gripe with this property is that there an early check in policy that I was not aware of when I booked through Expedia. Apparently if you want to check in early it now costs a fee of $30. Very inconvenient but I know it’s not this properties fault, I guess it’s a Best Western policy now.
