The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F. During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.
