So beautiful, an escape from the city. Our tent rattled so loud throughout the night it felt like someone shaking a saucepan full of cutlery over our heads—even with white noise on and noise cancelling headphones in. Dinner at the restaurant was incredible, but breakfast was stingy AF. Highly recommend for families

Excellent staff, clean room, fantastic onsite restaurants.

Highly recommend for any families to stay here. Family of 4 here and we had a great experience staying here. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was included during our stay and the staff at the breakfast are very friendly and helpful. Love that this location was near for all Chinatown top places to eat like literally 5-10 mins walking distance. My family would definitely stay here again.

Nice lobby bar, good location

Very quiet pocket in NYC. Amazing view of Brooklyn bridge just across the street to your left. Feels very neighborhood without the crowds. Nice room. Great staff. Mellow, vs hectic Times Square or hip Williamsburg. Grown up. Will return.

This is a great hotel with a perfect location. Enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I don’t like is that the hotel doesn’t prepare bottle drinking water but gave you $15 per night credit to buy at the marketplace. Just about 2 bottle expensive water. Other than that, great location, spacey space.

Location was great close to ChinaTown and Little Italy. Many subway stations close. Brooklyn bridge within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

The only thing I would change is the radiator heater wouldn’t stop making a banging noise on and off all night waking me up. Great location to Times Square.
