The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

We had all our breakfasts there and you would find plenty of fresh fruits , cheeses, pastries and hot food, Dinner was excellent and they had a great wine list. What makes them truly special is their staff. They always greet you with a smile and are eager to help you organize your excursions. Best massage I had in a long time. Ask for Maya. The hotel manager was also very responsive to our needs. They have construction next to it and they were transparent about it before our arrival Perfect setup. Best sunrise and sunset! 10 minutes from Lagos, free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return if I come back in the Algarve.

A very basic room in a simple hotel. Great for a weekend away when most of the time is spent outside of the room seeing sights (or poolside, the pool is rather wonderful!). Maid service was great on day 1 - but days 2-4 were poor, no fresh cups or replenished tea bags, etc. Walls were thin, we could easily hear the conversation (and other nighttime activities!) of our neighbours! So bring your earplugs ;)

The only downside was the noise at night. Our room was closer to the road, so we could hear traffic. We could also hear neighbors talking during the night, and in another room nearby there was a very squeaky bed. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was not very good.

This place was in an excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Loved it and highly recommend. Beautiful views from rooftop.

Quarto e camas pequenas. Pequeno almoço fraco e as 10:40 já começavam a dizer que tinhamos que terminar. Uma funcionária mt antipatica que parecia a chefe de todos que tanto estava no pequeno-almoço como no bar. Todos os restantes eram super atenciosos, os funcionários de limpeza dos quartos super atenciosos 💞Piscinas otimas Não tem as características de um hotel de 5 estrelas
