Lovely hotel with sizeable rooms and friendly staff.

Welcoming hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms have everything you need. All round great hotel I would stay again.

Loved the helpful staff giving help and tips of all kinds. The Bottle boy pub was great time, great locals hang out . great pints. cleanest and best washrooms lay out. Very thankful shout out to the front of house Martin and the best Pub staff Kevin and Mustafa. every night there was a delight Stayed in the double room with balcony with lots of room and fresh air. great shower. Cant forget the security door man keeping all in order - Grant

The hotel was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

We got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom place. Everything was well considered - we had everything we needed. Beds were fantastic! 4 stars only for amenities because coffee was only espresso sized and no kitchen towels if you were serious about eating in. Small things in an otherwise perfect accommodation. Thank you!

The service at The Dylan was superb! Everything from the desk staff to restaurant was first rate. We stayed three days before flying to London for a brief visit before returning. The staff was helpful in putting our extra luggage aside until we returned, at which time everything was brought to our room in advance. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything about the property surpassed our expectations. The property was beautiful and clean and very well kept. The cuisine was delicious especially Kathleen's Kitchen which we dined at 3 nights. The Carriage House Pantry had the best cappuccino I've ever had and they offered a wide range of food options for breakfast and lunch. The spa was incredible and quiet with full use of the pool, hot tub and steam room/sauna. The staff was AMAZING too many to count but some of the memorable ones were, Ann (Manager) Jake, Terrance, Brian, (doormen/concierge) Katie (masseuse) wait staff in Kathleen's and so many others. I would say the only thing missing is a gelato bar in the lobby. Other than that if you are looking to stay just for golf or as a couple looking for a quieter stay this is the place! It's rich with history and you can almost feel the aristocrats there with you as you walk the halls.

Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste.
