We had the delux beachfront villa. The villa was amazing !!! Such a cool relaxed vibe. Beautiful artwork. Such an amazing space. The restaurants food was great and reasonably priced. Just wish we had longer there. The private pool was fantastic.

Very nice high end stay. The property has a lot to offer and the rooms and their views are beautiful. Staff was very helpful, as you’d expect. Great time.

Excellent boutique resort with intentional service. They helped to make the experience just what I needed even reserving all the transportation and excursions. I was a guest for several days, enjoyed exceptional spa treatments, dinner, hiking the grounds, beautiful views, and complimentary events when not out exploring Costa Rica. Staff amazing! Carla goes above and beyond to communicate and help guests be welcomed. Perfect place to stay.

The property was just beautiful, so green and lush. Our room was very nice with a great patio facing Arenal Volcano. Fun swimming pool and beautiful thermal pools. Food was fantastic. Staff was awesome

Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. From check-in to being seated and served at lunch and dinner, there were noticeable delays. At the wet bar, I waited about 15 minutes before the bartender was able to take my order. It did not seem to be a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather that the property appeared understaffed, especially at the restaurants and bars. Checkout was similar, with only one person at the front desk managing both phone calls and guest departures. The food and drinks were very good and clearly well prepared, though they felt overpriced given the level of service. Overall, the property itself was lovely and the setting was memorable, but the staffing and service experience did not quite match the price point. Note: If you plan to drive, be extremely careful as there were a lot of cars parked on the side of the road by beach goers, making it narrow and dangerous with oncoming vehicles.

This is a gorgeous property but not as all inclusive as you'd think for the price.They try to get you to a timeshare meeting when you arrive but they aren't too pushy. Then, as you go, you find out there are a lot of "yes, buts". For example, we asked a bartender if we could take a bottle of wine back to our room with us and he said yes just call room service. So we did and they said the limit was 2 glasses and it would be a 45 minute wait. The staff were friendly but you had to pay mucho out of pocket to get all-inclusive type service. Will look for another resort next time we go back. Costa Rica is beautiful and has great culture. Not as cheap as say, Mexico, but paradise.
