Beautiful surroundings and lovely, well-decorated rooms. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The views from the restaurants are stunning. The grounds are very nice and the alpacas are friendly! There is a lot of attention to detail in this boutique hotel. The walk to the main square is about 10 minutes. The walk back to the hotel is about 15 minutes because it’s uphill. I would highly recommend this hotel !

A lovely, charming place to stay, right in the middle of the Historic District of Cusco. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it.

Complimentary fruit, chips, chocolate, and drinks in room. Very good selection and quality at breakfast buffet. Free breakfast delivery to the room starting at 6. 24-hour room service for earlier departures. Excellent French restaurant. Fabulous massage. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Three-minute walk to main plaza. Complimentary liquor and coffee tastings. Would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.

I highly highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and the staff there was nice. Don't forget to try the coca tea.
