The property is very well kept. Our unit was clean, the bathroom is rather small. Has all the basics. It was ideal for our needs, close to markets, transportation, and nice cafes.

Room was clean, the staff that spoke to had been polite and helpful. I was given a assessable room which wasn't what I booked but a beds a bed. I was on the first floor with my window facing the alley next to the 02 Academy, stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine but the 2nd night the local homeless had made a camp in the alley and about 1:30am they it sounded like they was having a party followed by a fight. Not the hotels fault but something to keep eye out for.

The location is great but that's about it. I don't quite understand how FiveM charge a premium for a tiny, congested studio with absolutely no air conditioning whatsoever. I dreaded sleeping here, it was horribly humid with barely any airflow. Opening the window at night means hearing every car drive past or pedestrian below. The place was awfully small, I couldn't even position the rickety fan provided near the window so it could only circulate dust from the one corner that had a plug. The furniture was far too basic. Though the kitchenette is well-equipped, I've stayed in better places for far less with better temperature control and ample space. Keep your money and stay elsewhere.

Perfect stay. Hotel and staff were fantastic. No room for improvement.

The room was tiny and the shower room barely had enough space for me to move in and I am slim. But the worst thing was the lack of air conditioning. The room was boiling and although a small portable fan was provided, all it did was circulate warm air. It was not worth the price at all.
