(1,735 reviews) The staff could be more friendly, my son is a professional pianist, when he asked if he can play the piano in the lobby, he didn’t give us a nice response and was trying to limit him, so he eventually didn’t play at all. Also the swimming pool was not clean in terms of the germs on the walls. I took a few photos and showed them to the reception person. I’m happy to send the photos to you if it’s needed. One of those nights I had to find alternative accommodation as the smell was overwhelming and the front desk staff said their was nothing they could do.
