Clean, helpful staff, close to almost everything in the center, great window view, room's a bit small but that's an NY thing. Nothing more to ask.

Everything was great! The staff went above and beyond.

Felt safe and the location was right by the metro and was nice to walk around in. Right by major sites. They overbooked us so they had us stay at the other hotel on the lower floors the first day, and reimbursed us $50 for it. The rest of the days we stayed at the hotel we actualy paid for. The view was awesome and the food was ok. One thing to keep in mind is that only 2 elevators serve 44(?) floors but we never waited more than 5 min for an elevator to take us down. For that reason I’d recommend booking a higher floor with a view so you get priority on the way down for the elevator. Would recommend.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious for a New York room. The pool is quite small and you have to get a wristband from the lobby each day before being able to go up.

This is my second stay. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice. I would definitely recommend it.

The bartender Sunny in the bar. Can't keep up with the crowd and forgets a lot.

Excellent service and great location- easy walk to shopping, Central Park and (on good weather days) museums. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an “old New York” experience. Breakfast was excellent.

Very clean and comfortable. The room a bit tiny but very very nice. The food was amazing as well. And the location is the best. 100% recommended.

Elevators could use some work.

Staff ,servicio excelente. Mi hijo dejo.la cámara por accidente en la habitación y sin problema ninguno la recupere
