It's a bit hard rating staff out of 5 when there literally are no staff! This place operates like an Airbnb - all communication is virtual, and during the 3 nights we stayed here we never met nor engaged with anyone. There were plenty of messages instructing us on various things, like putting out the trash, but no personalized interaction. They don't clean the rooms either during your stay, so really no chance to meet anyone. I'm not sure why they call it an "Inn" as there's no degree of hospitality, and it is essentially just a room for rent. Amenities were basic - 4 coffee pods, some tea bags...and that's it. Room was simple, somewhat spartan, and not well cleaned. Not worth the price at all.

The layout is well designed. The rooms are spacious and scream luxury. From the moment that you walk in, you know that you are in for a great stay. If you're staying for a weekend and want to visit the spa, my only recommendation would be to book your spa visit ahead of your stay. I really hate that I was unable to experience their body scrub. The small touches meant a lot i.e. complimentary car service, bike rental, board games at the pool, and fitness classes just to name a few. Less than 30 minutes from the airport and situated perfectly, you won't be disappointed by the experience Hotel Bardo has to offer.
