The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. It's so convenient to be able to walk to the downtown Disney area. Our room was also fantastic with a great view and it was nice and big, giving us plenty of room. Overall, a perfect 10!

We’ve stayed here many times before and we love it. It’s so close to Disney Springs and the staff is always so friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean. We love the pool and lazy river. Something very minor that we’d love to see would be QR codes on the pool chairs to order food/drinks. Only because it was sometimes hard to track down someone once we opened a tab and waited a while for them to come back and close us out. The market has good food and drink options and is open pretty late. All in all, such a great a hotel that we keep going back to.

The staff was wonderful & very helpful. I really enjoyed the location. It's near Sea World, Downtown Disney and close enough to Universal areas. Walkable area for nice walks and good food spots to walk too.
The 4th floor smells musty and feels damp. The room was the same way by the second day and the tub holds water while taking a shower. The king room was really spacious and nice. However, the smell was very unacceptable.

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!
