Crossville - Harriman Scuba Diving Holidays

The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill stuff. We had to call the hotel 5 times on their customer care number when the routine room service wasnt done for 3 days starting and we were running out of fresh towel and toiletaries. This was the most frustrating part.

Will book again in the future!

Place was perfect. Not a huge elevation that made it hard on me or my car, but enough distance from the noise to feel at a cabin. Perfectly clean, spacious, and plenty to do. The location was ideal, only 12 mins from all the fun in the city.

The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.

Very good location and overall nice cabin. Great place to come back to after a long day exploring the area

Yes, the only problem we had was flies in the bathroom and the washing machine had an issue but they fixed it
