8.6/10 Excellent! (1,011 reviews)
My room had a layer of dust settled over all tables, desks, and tv stand. It appeared as if the room was cleaned months ago and left untouched ever since, allowing the dust to accumulate on everything. The toilet made a loud squeal every time it was flushed, and the squeal lasted nearly two minutes, every single time. The only reason I didn’t switch rooms is because immediately after checking in, I handed off the key to a friend to decorate for my husband’s birthday. Had I gone up prior to her decorating, I would’ve definitely requested to switch rooms.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (37 reviews)
The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk.
